Housing Society Redevelopment
Housing society redevelopment services provide a way to refresh old or rundown buildings. Redevelopment means tearing down the old buildings and putting up new ones, which makes the neighborhood better and improves living conditions.
Redevelopment is the process of demolishing and reconstructing existing structures. It is generally undertaken by a society where the building requires repairs or renovation and such repairs are economically not feasible or where the building is damaged or dilapidated to such an extent that it poses a risk to the life and limb of the occupants of buildings and or surrounding structures or occupants thereof.
The Society may choose another option for redevelopment i.e. Self Redevelopment means to redevelop the building itself by appointing a contractor or through a developer by granting him redevelopment rights. Besides appointing the contractor the society would also appoint PMC (Project management consultant ) or another option is the team of architect , Engineer to ascertain the viability of redevelopment proposal of the building and Society Must appoint one lawyer to draw up the necessary agreements and protect the right , title and interest of the society and its members.
